Joe began his real estate career on Cape Cod in 1990 and has been awarded numerous broker of the year and top producer honors. Prior to his relocation to the Cape, Joe worked for many years in government affairs and marketing and is a published author in the field of alternative energy technologies. His real estate experience encompassed not only listing and selling but also fulfilling the role of sales manager for two previous companies. Joe joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2005 as the manager of its Sandwich office. In 2007, in addition to managing the Sandwich office he took over the Falmouth office. In September of 2008 he was named Vice President and Brokerage Manager for Cape Cod. He has extensive experience in handling waterfront, water-view and estate properties. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration and has undertaken graduate study in Human Resource Management. Additionally, he has completed extensive real estate-related coursework including 1031 tax deferred exchanges, the appraisal process, contract law and buyer representation.
