Susan is Vice President and Manager of the Armonk Brokerage. She has been active in real estate sales and management for 35 years. As an associate, she consistently qualified for top producer sales awards from the Westchester County Board of Realtors. In 1989, she purchased Vannier Real Estate, in Armonk, New York, and owned, operated and managed the firm until it was purchased in 2005 by Julia B. Fee Real Estate. In 2006, Julia B. Fee Real Estate became Sotheby's International Realty, where Susan has remained as Managing Broker.

Susan serves on the Professional Standards Committee for the Westchester Board of Realtors and was a liaison for delivering disaster funds to the families of victims of 9/11. Susan's real estate expertise includes her open communication skills and strong negotiating abilities.
