Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Ron will always call this paradise-by-the-sea his home. A third generation native, Ron is truly a local and cherishes all that Santa Barbara has to offer. Ron exudes the Santa Barbara lifestyle and attitude, taking it to work everyday by developing no-pressure relationships with his clients.
At the urging of his grandfather, who inspired him to always do the right thing no matter how hard it might seem, Ron made a life decision to pursue his professional passion of real estate over 21 years ago.
Ron obtained his real estate license in 1985 and his broker's license in 1997. In an effort to continuously provide exceptional service and knowledge to his clients, Ron regularly attends seminars and other forms of continuing education within the real estate industry.
As his father constantly reminded him throughout his childhood and adult life, the customer is always right. Asked how many hours a week he works, Ron will say, "Whatever it takes."
In his free time, Ron loves the outdoors and is an avid windsurfer, tri-athlete, and runner. He is a family man and the proud father of a daughter.
