Nikki Field, Senior Vice President, has been a dynamic presence with Sotheby's International Realty since 1998, consistently ranking among the global agency's top producers and accomplishing sales of nearly one billion dollars.

America's Top 400 Real Estate Professionals for 2008, an annual ranking sponsored by The Wall Street Journal, ranked Nikki in the top 100 agents in America and in the top 10 in Manhattan for sales volume.

Ms. Field specializes in the ultra-luxury segment of Manhattan's co-op, condo and townhouse market, where she set an industry-wide one-year record, selling five premier townhouses at record-shattering prices.

Ms. Field is currently a member of the Real Estate Board of New York Education Committee and is frequently called upon as a guest speaker. She is also an instructor and recent graduate of the New York State licensing Master's program: New York Real Estate Specialist.

Prior to Sotheby's International Realty, she was at Ashforth Warburg Associates from 1996 to 1998, where she was nominated for the coveted REBNY's Rookie of the Year award. Previous to her career in real estate, Nikki was a sales and marketing professional as well as a founding partner of Marcon Marketing Services, Inc., a nationally recognized marketing agency.
