Her career aggregate gross sales total $80 million, which represents a cross section of single-family homes and land sales throughout the Rye, Rye Brook, Harrison/Purchase and Port Chester areas.

Loretta has listed and sold homes in Rye and Harrison, and has expertise in new construction and waterfront properties. Gaining first-hand experience from purchasing land and building her own home in Rye, Loretta has a keen eye for detail and an in-depth understanding of architectural design and the building process. She works tirelessly for her buyers, finding the home of their dreams without exceeding their budget. At the same time, she eases her sellers through the sales process by thoroughly educating them and ensuring they realize the highest possible price for their home.
