She is a member of the Westchester Putnam Multiple Listing Service and the National Association of Realtors, and is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute.

Julia graduated from St. John's University with a Bachelor of Science degree. Prior to her career in real estate, she worked in public and private accounting. Her family is in the residential and commercial building industry, and after starting a family, Julia transitioned into the real estate business. She has consistently utilized her knowledge of taxation to assist home buyers and sellers. She has had the privilege of dealing with notable actors and award-winning architects.
