A licensed real estate broker since 1994, she is a consummate professional with an eye for value and an understanding of effective marketing strategies. She attributes her ongoing sales success to her keen instincts for pricing and her sixth sense for knowing how to stage a property for optimum appeal. Recognized for her integrity and commitment to her profession, Christy is energetic and accessible to her clients. Always in tune with current market trends, Christy is a skilled negotiator who can help her buying customers get the best value for their purchasing dollar.

After a nine-year career at Merrill Lynch, Christy and her husband moved to the Rye/Harrison area in 1990, drawn by the excellent schools, welcoming community and countless recreational amenities. She remains actively involved in the community as a board member of the Rye YMCA and a member of the Children's Collective. She also served as an auxiliary board member of United Hospital and was active in the Harrison PTA. Christy and her husband are raising three teenage daughters.

She is experienced in all property types and sizes, from waterfront estates, period properties and new construction to condos, co-ops and townhouses.

Christy is a member of the Westchester Board of Realtors, Rye-Harrison Board of Realtors, New York State Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and GRI Institute of Realtors.

She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Mary's College, South Bend, Indiana.
