Beate V. Moore joined Sotheby's International Realty at its Bridgehampton Brokerage in 1997, where she quickly became the top agent.
As Senior Vice President, Beate specializes in both high-end sale and rental properties and is credited with a sales volume of over $165 million for 2007. Though she is headquartered in Bridgehampton, many of her notable sales and listings have been in Southampton, East Hampton, Sag Harbor and Shelter Island. These include the 2008 sale of the estate on 104 Gin Lane on behalf of 1776 Investments Corp. at $65 million, Southampton; the listing and sale of the Lehman estate on Meadow Lane, Southampton; the record-breaking sale of the Maycroft estate in North Haven; and the listing and again record-breaking sale of Sag Harbor's historic Hannibal French House. Amongst her many premiere rentals is the Goose Creek estate in Wainscott, which is also her listing for sale.
Today, she has over $250 million in current listings and is the exclusive agent for the newly listed $1 million Summer 2008 rental in Sagaponack South.
