Susan O’Brien, a native of Ventura County, believes that time spent near the water is time well spent. She considers her career as a realtor in the Channel Islands beach community a prime opportunity to live, work and play in what she calls a dream location. While working hard to find her clients their perfect home is a priority, she doesn’t stop there. As founder of many of Channel Islands Harbor's annual festivals and boating events, she volunteers much of her free time ensuring there's never a dull moment in the coastal community.
Her dedication to her career earned her the title of Top Producer for 2002, 2003 and 2004 for the Hollywood Beach office of Young Realty, now Sotheby's International Realty. She remains in the elite Top Ten in listing and sales for the entire Ventura County offices.
Susan has completed over 150 sales at the highly successful Channel Islands Waterfront Homes project and continues to serve sellers, buyers and investors in and around the Channel Islands beach and marina community.
She says her biggest reward as a realtor comes from running into clients as they are out enjoying their newly chosen coastal lifestyle. She is a boater and active member of Pacific Corinthian Yacht Club, supporter of youth being a Board Member of the Oxnard & Port Hueneme Boys and Girls Club, wife and parent with a son who surfs for Oxnard High Surf Team, and respected realtor, having earned the 2004 Service Excellence Award.
