Fritz is hands-on and responds quickly. He has systems in place to move quickly, take a property into inventory and follow instructions precisely.
Fritz is a Senior Vice President and Director of Relocation for Sotheby's International Realty in Westlake Village, CA. His market area includes all of Ventura County and the northwest portion of Los Angeles County. He has been a member of the Employee Relocation Council for 18 years and holds a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation and ERC’s 2001 Meritorious Service Award. He has spoken on panels for the ERC, the Southern California Relocation Council and to many corporations and third-party companies on issues that affect corporations moving employees in and out of California.
Fritz has been in the real estate business for 26 years and previously owned his own company, selling his portion in 1987 so he could concentrate on handling REO/Corporate properties and transferees. He joined Young Realtors, now Sotheby's International Realty, in 1990.
