Damian brings to her real estate career 20 years of experience in banking, customer service and sales. She believes that integrity, professionalism and consistent communication are key to assisting clients in realizing their real estate dreams.

A firm believer in giving back to the community she lives in, Damian has committed to donating 1% of her net commission, per transaction, to one of three charities of her clients' choosing; American Cancer Society, Surfrider Foundation or Ventura County Humane Society. She strongly feels that it's important to get involved and make a difference in the communities that she serves.
