Maria Lounibos, was born in a small Mexican village near Guadalajara called Jalostotitlan. As a young girl, her mother would send her to the local stores to buy goods because she was a sharp negotiator. When Maria was 18, she came to the United States with her family to visit her father who was working in a local dairy, and she has lived here ever since.
After working a few secretarial positions, Maria got bored and decided she wanted something more exciting. She studied hard in her second language, English, and got her real estate license in 1988. She found the profession of her lifetime where she could work hard and negotiate transactions for people and have no limits to her success. Maria knew if she could help people achieve their real estate dreams, she in turn could help provide a better life for her family - and that’s exactly what she did.
Maria, over the last 28 years, has successfully assisted over 1,050 Sonoma and Napa families buy or sell a home. “My joy comes from helping our clients achieve their lifetime dreams,” she says.
Being fluent in both Spanish and English has only been part of her success.
