Greg Brennan is no stranger to buying or selling homes—and not just via the MLS.
He has created award-winning television commercials, produced radio spots and has written a wide range of marketing materials for J. Walter Thompson's client, Trilogy, a division of Shea Homes. Greg also wrote new home information for buyers of Beazer Homes and he developed communications for a wide range of America’s most familiar companies including Bank of America, Charles Schwab, Hewlett-Packard, The Gap and Apple.
Greg has invested in personal and income residential properties in the North Bay and beyond since 1979. Growing up, Greg lived in the Midwest and Japan until his Air Force father retired and settled the family in the North Bay.
Those life experiences comprise the mortar in the foundation on which Greg has built his career as a Realtor®. When he's not providing a consultative approach for clients who are buying, selling or both, Greg does what he can as a resident of Sonoma and a member of the Rotary Club Sonoma Valley (and a Paul Harris Fellow) to make the valley an even better place to live, work and play.
Greg is also a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist. So, he can ably facilitate real estate transactions through probate, trust or conservatorship processes.
