As a real estate broker and licensed California attorney, Tracy Otsuka combines highly personalized service, broad local market knowledge and a global perspective in assisting clients with their Sonoma County real estate needs. Organized and goal-oriented, Tracy is consistently a top producer in sales and volume and is a member of the California Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and Top Agent Network (TAN), a by invitation only collaboration of the top 10% by sales and volume of all real estate agents in Sonoma County.

As a licensed California real estate broker, a Certified Distressed Property Expert, an attorney and a REO listing agent hired by banks and asset management companies to sell their foreclosed properties, Tracy is also familiar with the entire foreclosure process from the first missed payment to actual disposition of the foreclosed upon asset. She has sold assets for the likes of Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Indymac/OneWest, the FDIC, Fannie Mae and numerous asset management companies.

Prior to real estate, Tracy practiced law as Senior Counsel with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in San Francisco. In this capacity, she investigated companies such as Compaq, CCRS and Oracle. Tracy earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and German from the University of California at Davis, a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a Master's in Law in Securities Regulation from Georgetown University Law School in Washington DC.

Prior to her career in real estate, Tracy built a women's designer sportswear company from the ground up, which sold under the Otsuka label. The label was sold wholesale worldwide. Key US accounts included Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom. This extensive experience in the positioning and marketing of luxury goods and services is a proven benefit to buyers and sellers as evidenced by Tracy's repeat client and referral rate.

Tracy and her husband, Richard, live in Penngrove on six acres with a pond and plenty of ducks. They have a daughter, Atea, and a son, Markus. In her free time Tracy practices bikram yoga and kickboxing. She also enjoys interior design, gardening, cooking and entertaining.
