Robert Morgensen joined the San Francisco office of Sotheby's International Realty in 2008. Robert (Bob) joins his wife of 38 years, Sheri Morgensen, as the newest member to the Wynne-Morgensen Group, specializing in the marketing and sale of luxury residential properties in San Francisco and rural and vineyard property sales in the Northern California wine country.
He brings to his real estate career over 37 years of executive management experience based in Silicon Valley, with established business relationships nationally and internationally throughout Europe and Asia.
Bob graduated from Miami University, Oxford, Ohio, in 1969 with a BA degree in Psychology, and began his career in sales and marketing with Procter & Gamble. A career opportunity brought Bob and Sheri to San Francisco in 1973, and at the age of 34 he was made President and CEO of Inland Specialty Chemical Corporation.
In 1986 Bob founded Technica, USA, a value added distributor of patented specialty products for the manufacturing of advanced electronic products, headquartered in Silicon Valley. Bob was President and CEO of Technica, USA, growing it to a level of $75,000,000 in annual sales and 75 employees. In 2007 Bob decided to sell the company, reduce his travel and join his longtime partner in real estate sales.
As an owner and investor in both commercial and residential properties, Bob has personal experience in investment property management and commercial and industrial sales and leasing. Bob is committed to service with an emphasis on accountability.
Bob has resided in San Francisco since 1973 and has a home and vineyard in the Alexander Valley wine country, near Healdsburg, where he and his wife now reside. He enjoys growing and producing their award-winning private label wine at Singing Vines Vineyard, Beviamo.
With over 37 years in top management, Bob has earned a reputation of being a person who knows how to get things done, and brings to his clients the utmost in integrity and perseverance. Bob is a member of the North Bay Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
