Prior to moving to the US in 1999 to settle in magical Napa Valley, Latife owned and ran an international real estate marketing company based in Sydney, Australia. Her clients were the largest privately owned and publicly listed property development and construction companies throughout Asia and Australia. Projects included the Sydney Olympic Stadium, Citigroup Center, Sydney's most prestigious retail and residential complexes and many other luxury high-profile residential, commercial and retail developments throughout the region.
Arriving in Napa Valley with her astute business acumen, extensive experience in both business management and international real estate marketing, Latife quickly earned a reputation as one of the top producing agents specializing in luxury estates, vineyards and wineries. Her background and innate ability to analyze diverse wine country properties arms all of her clients with the understanding and knowledge that's required to acquire complex country property. In 2010 Latife was ranked 22 out of 45,000 agents nationwide.

Latife was the former Chair and Founder of the New South Wales Caring Kids Australia Trust. The Trust raises money for children aged between 5 and 15 who are primary caregivers to their disabled parents. The Trust funds camps enabling the children to take a break and be with other underaged primary caregivers. Latife also sponsors children in third world countries, providing funding for their medical care and education.
Her hobbies include biking, running, swimming, Pilates, yoga, calligraphy, music and entertaining.
