I am Lani Gullotta. I have lived in Sonoma County for 25 years and I love it here. I grew up in San Francisco in a family who knew the value of real estate. We understood that real estate was not just for living, but also for investment. When my family moved to Healdsburg, I immediately fell in love with Sonoma County; I feel so lucky to live here and am dedicated to help others make Sonoma their home, too.

As a fresh face in the real estate market, I bring an original way of thinking to representing my clients. I focus on adding value with attitude that will transcend decades. I will always put my clients’ interests first and work with you and find you the home you are looking for or make selling your home successful. I am a great listener, a creative problem solver and an experienced negotiator.

Since becoming a Sonoman, I have been involved with the local community. First, at the Presentation School where I taught math, science, leadership and physical education for ten years. My enthusiasm, creativity, and experience made it easy for me to connect with students and families.

After leaving teaching, I went on to work as a paralegal with my husband at our estate planning and administration law practice. As his paralegal and office manager, I developed a great understanding of real estate sales, purchases, and contracts. I understand what it takes to be in business for yourself in a small town and this motivated me to pursue a career in real estate.

In addition to my dedication to your interests, I am a friendly, professional, diligent, enthusiastic and prepared individual. I will genuinely listen to you and strive to make selling or buying your home a positive and rewarding experience.
