Webb has a BA from the University of Texas, Austin and MBA from Southern Methodist University, Dallas, with Accounting and Marketing majors. He was CEO for 25+ years of a major Southwest advertising agency. He moved to Santa Fe in 1992 and helped his wife, Rickie, establish a bookstore, Good Books. They have two married daughters and four grandchildren. Webb is active in the community including the Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Rotary and Los Amigos del Alcalde.
