Robert has been an icon of the Santa Fe real estate world for many years. Actively involved in real estate sales for 34 years and licensed as a broker for over 33 years, he has enjoyed phenomenal success in his real estate sales career. In fact, in 1992 and 1993 he was the Top Producer in Sales and Listings for the Coldwell Banker franchise throughout the Unites States. In real estate sales, he specializes in and particularly enjoys being involved in new construction and development. He's been directly involved with the development and sales of several subdivision throughout Santa Fe. He also represents resale homes and vacant parcels throughout the city. In addition to real estate sales, Robert has a contractor's license and his construction company - Mud Houses - usually builds one exceptional adobe home each year. Putting his knowledge and success with new homes to work for his clients, Robert represents several excellent contractors, all whom build quality homes throughout the city. He works directly with all of his contractors in the design and finish stages of their new homes. A 10th generation New Mexican, Robert was born and raised in Espanola and graduated from the College of Santa Fe with a BBA in Accounting. He is very fortunate to come from a large family and enjoys his many relatives living in Santa Fe and the surrounding area. Robert and his wife of 28 years - Peggy Frank - have two children. Their 26-year-old son Carlos graduated from the San Francisco School of Architecture and is now an architect in Scottsdale, AZ where he lives with his wife. Their daughter, Krista is 16 years old and an honor roll student at Santa Fe High School. Kristi is active in several sports. Last year she was the goalie for the Lady Horseman Soccer Team - they took second place at the state championships. Robert's wife, Peggy, owns and operates Foxglove Antiques. Robert, Peggy and Kristi live with three dogs, five rabbits and a bird! During his free time, Robert fishes, hunts, skis and tries to play a little golf every now and then. "I have always been intrigued with Santa Fe. After all these years, I am still in awe of its beauty, people, architecture, weather and mountains. As a kid I spent a lot of time at the Santa Fe Boys Club. I used to love sitting on the Plaza eating frito pies, or riding my bike up Canyon Road. Through my wife's antique business, I have the opportunity to travel to really great places throughout Europe and the UK and I still think Santa Fe is the best of all worlds."
