For over 15 years, Paul Stenberg's name and real estate reputation has been synonymous with dedication, loyalty and commitment to his clients' goals. Paul's simple belief is that his clients' needs and objectives come first. Paul understands that each and every buyer and seller is different, their circumstances and objectives differ, and there is no one plan or speech that fits all in real estate.

Paul grew up in the solemn beauty of the wine country near Sonoma as well as on the coast of Mendocino. A graduate of St. Mary's College in Moraga in 1988, Paul had his first work experience during college in the bustling atmosphere of a Coldwell Banker in Walnut Creek, CA. Then, upon graduation, he moved into the exciting realm of media, working at KKIS Radio in Concord. This broadcasting experience eventually led to Paul's relocation to Santa Fe in 1989. Utilizing his media, writing and marketing experience, he quickly found himself back in the real estate arena in 1992, working for a small, boutique brokerage handling sales and property management.

With a brief three-year segway into economic development for both the city of Santa Fe and the state of New Mexico, Paul finally settled permanently into real estate in 1996 at French & French Fine Properties.

Paul has worked in all segments and geographical areas of Santa Fe's diverse market, including historic resales, new construction, and investment and vacation property. Paul spent nearly six years specializing in the Highway 285 Corridor and has most recently worked for two and a half years at the condominium resort development of Quail Run.

When Paul is not assisting his real estate clients, he can be found supporting and coaching his 10-year-old twins, Eva Sophia and Wesley, in their respective sports of gymnastics and swimming. Both children, as well as Paul, are aspiring golfers, fishermen and mountain bikers.
