Michael Nicola
Michael is a classic entrepreneur. Over the years his focus has shifted from the entertainment industry, as owner of a successful talent/literary agency in his native Los Angeles, to becoming one of Santa Fe's most successful real estate brokers and developers. In the interim, he has been both creator and owner of one of the most widely recognized fitness centers in the United States. A former estates broker and development director with one of the nation's largest brokerage firms, Michael previously was an owner/partner of Homefield Realty, one of Santa Fe's most prestigious boutique firms, specializing in architecturally significant properties. Aside from his highly successful real estate brokerage team, The Michael Nicola Group, he is also the visionary force behind The Reserve At Santa Fe, a condominium community of 260 residences. He and his partner, David Ater, have brought a new vision to this development, turning it into one of the great success stories in Santa Fe real estate, and in the process, contributing significantly to Santa Fe's economic and social communities.
