As a native New Mexican, Lois brings a wealth of knowledge of the local area and enthusiasm to her clients. Having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Eastern New Mexico University in Sociology and Business and having spent time in both government and education, she has a positive, energetic approach to real estate.

Lois is dedicated to finding her customers the real estate they are looking for in an efficient and energetic manner whether working for the first-time home buyer or investor, or finding the second home a client desires. Her 14 years of experience and knowledge of the Santa Fe real estate market, as well as her knowledge of the details of the buying and selling process, make her client's real estate venture a fun, positive, exciting and organized process.

Lois also has served on numerous leadership positions with the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, as a member of the Association's Board of Directors and executive committee, and as a representative director for the Realtors Association of New Mexico. She has chaired various committees.

Her peers have bestowed on her the honor of the 2007 Realtor of the Year award, which is one of the highest honors given to a Realtor. The award is based on how the Realtor upholds and exemplifies the Realtor Code of Ethics, industry professionalism, participation in local, state and national Realtor associations, and community service.

Throughout 2010 Lois will serve a term as President of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors. She has furthered her real estate education by acquiring designations on her license including ABR, CRS, GRI, E-pro, RSPS, TRC, GREEN and AHWD.

Lois enjoys visiting and getting to know her customers on a personal level while helping them fulfill their real estate goals and dreams.
