Born and raised in Santa Fe, New Mexico, Jacob grew up in a family that built their own homes and had construction projects ongoing. His grandparents resided, raised their children and still own property on historic Canyon Road. This gave him a passion for culture, hard work, quality work and real estate. He has been fortunate enough to be a part of multiple construction projects from beginning to end. His involvement has helped him to provide detailed information on all aspects of real estate.
Jacob has successfully closed over 100 transactions of all shapes and sizes. He is dedicated to getting transactions to the closing table, and makes every client a priority. He also thinks that it is extremely important to be completely forthright with clients. He routinely provides thorough knowledge on any given property, area or market condition. Jacob has an expanded knowledge of Santa Fe and its culture and the discreet, historical, beautiful surrounding areas. He has been selling real estate for nine years and is energetic, positive and a go-getter.
Jacob understands that the mortgage industry is constantly changing, and that it is important to anticipate these changes and grow and adapt to avoid unnecessary complications with any transaction. During time off, Jacob feels extremely blessed to enjoy all types of activities with his wife and two boys, one three years old and the other seven months, including hiking, fishing, camping and quiet time. In light of continuing his education, Jacob is currently pursuing CCIM designation.
