Greg McMillan, a managing broker working out of the Grant Street office, joined Sotheby's International Realty in 2000. Having lived in the West all of his life, he is a native of Northern California who relocated to Santa Fe in 1979. Greg visited New Mexico earlier that year and was so taken with Santa Fe that he moved to the city 10 weeks after this initial and only visit. He fell in love with the antiquity of the town, the spring time weather and the friendliness of the people. Greg obtained his real estate license in 1980 and has been involved full time in local real estate ever since. He specializes in residential properties in all price ranges throughout the Santa Fe City and County and Northern New Mexico areas. Among his many and varied interests are history, good food, experiencing high Rocky Mountain and Sierra Nevada mountain terrain, gardening and environmental and animal rights issues.
