Born and raised in the Chicago area, Gail has a BA from the University of Colorado, Boulder and studied at the University of Madrid, Spain and University of Hawaii. She moved to Santa Fe in 1971 and became a full-time realtor in 1976. She served on the Board of Directors of the Santa Fe Association of Realtors in 1987 and 1988 and served on the Realtor Grievance Committee, which enforces the Code of Ethics, from 1992 to 1994. She served two terms on the Advisory Board at Las Campanas, from 1998 to 2002. Gail served from 1996 to 2007 on the Professional Standards Committee for the Santa Fe Association of Realtors, which holds ethics and arbitration hearings and can impose sanctions where violations of the Code of Ethics are found. She earned her GRI designation from the Graduate Realtors Institute in 1988.
Gail's areas of expertise include finer residences and land, as well as large parcels of important land and significant ranches throughout the state of New Mexico. Her professionalism comes from 31 years of experience as a realtor in Santa Fe and watching the effects of growth on the city. She loves Santa Fe's outdoor and recreational opportunities and weather, as well as all the urban amenities from the restaurants and galleries to the wonderful culture. Her spare time is filled with travel, golf, skiing and custom home building.
