Anthony's diverse background assures clients that he is educated, hard working, a good listener, a strong negotiator, fun loving and someone who gives back to the community. Raised in Dallas, Texas, Anthony has a BA in Fine Arts from the University of the South.

He has served on many Santa Fe non-profit boards including NM Guides Association President, Council for Art of the West Co-Chair, Kiwanis Club of Santa Fe President and Santa Fe Downtown Kiwanis Foundation President. Anthony recent joined Earthcare's board, a non-profit dedicated to sustainable communities via youth leadership training.

Anthony holds many real estate designations, assuring clients he is well trained to handle their needs and is up to date on real estate trends. Atwell's designations include ABR, CRS, e-PRO, CDPE and GREEN.

Atwell pre-educates his clients on Santa Fe and Santa Fe real estate before they visit. He provides MLS listing research via email, relocation packages, Santa Fe resources and a Santa Fe blog and newsletter.
