Prior to serving clients on the selling side of real estate, Lauren Stewart developed her expertise by marketing luxury real estate. She began her career working from the ground up implementing marketing services for the world-renowned Sotheby's International Realty brand for 6.5 years. Lauren started with the Sotheby’s International Realty brand locally in Santa Barbara where she led marketing efforts for the brand’s four area offices for almost five years. Lauren was then asked to take on a regional marketing role in Beverly Hills leading the marketing efforts alongside the Western Region marketing team.
Lauren finds it important to continue growing, so she accepted a position with a boutique integrated marketing and communications firm in Los Angeles and specialized in managing their real estate accounts. She has spent her career marketing real estate and chose to put into action her extensive background and "artfully unite extraordinary properties with extraordinary lives" in the places she loves the most: Santa Barbara, Montecito and the Santa Ynez Valley. Integrity, intentionality and authenticity are at the core of everything Lauren does.
Originally from Texas, Lauren now calls Santa Barbara home and fully embraces and adores all it has to offer. Her family and friends fill her with abounding joy. In addition to her career in real estate, she is also a brand and marketing consultant as well as graphic designer. Lauren brings a broad skill set that is uniquely positioned to garner results.
