Katinka Goertz has been licensed in residential real estate sales for eighteen years. Nine of those years she spent selling properties in historic Park Slope in Brooklyn, New York. She and her husband, David, then decided to move to Santa Barbara to start a family in a quieter setting, which turned out to be an excellent choice. Their two daughters attend Marymount of Santa Barbara and are currently in first grade and junior kindergarten. Katinka's unique bicoastal experience enables her to offer her clients a fresh and comprehensive approach to the local, as well as national, real estate market. Growing up in the German foothills of the Alps, Katinka is an avid skier and enjoys all forms of winter sports. Having lived and worked on three continents, she has many diverse intellectual and cultural interests. Her heart is most content spending quality time with her family around the area; biking at Shoreline Park, hiking the trail by Stevens Park, or cooling off at Hendry's Beach.
