Born in Vail, Colorado, Elias Benson’s love for picturesque landscapes started early. With a family that moved often, Elias lived everywhere from San Diego to Vancouver, B.C. As a young adult, Elias moved to Maui, Hawaii. In Hawaii, Elias worked for the Ritz Carlton as a chef before meeting world-renowned photographer, Peter Lik, and becoming his most decorated sales leader. With Lik USA, Elias traveled the United States opening galleries in markets such as Las Vegas, Aspen, Key West and Beverly Hills. He became a top salesman in fine art by selling the most expensive photograph to date for $6.5 million. Elias then took his skills for selling high ticket items to the real estate market. He is currently living in Santa Barbara with his wife, Michelle, and two dogs, Aya and Sophie. Elias is constantly monitoring the market and finding new ways to innovate the industry.
One of Elias’s greatest strengths is how he's able to adapt and relate to all sales situations. As a sales speaker and trainer, it's the sales process that separates Elias from others. Everything has a process, and it's all about how you come up with steps to execute the goal.
