As a native of Santa Barbara, Ted has had the pleasure to experience much of the best that this city has to offer. He attended Montecito Union, Crane and Santa Barbara High School and later graduated from San Diego State University with a BA in Geography and Resource Management. After school Ted took time out to travel the world and observe different cultures before returning home. While working here in Santa Barbara he gained knowledge in home construction, property management and real estate speculation. Some of his fondest memories in this city are of having the opportunity to restore and revive a few historic older homes. To him, Santa Barbara is one of the most beautiful and pleasant places to live and work in the world. He looks forward to showing his clients the streets, byways and locations that make this area so special.
