Before joining Sotheby's International Realty in Santa Barbara at the end of 2009, Liza was a Gold Circle member of Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty in Manhasset, NY, an elite group of top producing agents in the company. Starting her real estate career in 1998, Liza quickly became the go-to person for real estate in Great Neck, NY, and the surrounding North Shore of Long Island, also known as the Gold Coast and just a short commute from Manhattan. Liza's clientele included CEO's, celebrities, those relocating from other parts of the world or country as well as her neighbors.

A great work ethic and forward thinking are just a couple of the keys that have brought success to Liza. She always works in ways that benefit her clients. Never relying on past success, she is always seeking ways to improve and to keep up with the ever-changing world of real estate. She keeps her skills honed though classes and informative symposiums. Liza is skilled and proficient in negotiating, marketing, interpersonal relationships and technology. She is definitely one to think out of the box and has a dynamic take-charge attitude with real estate and every area in her life.

As a single mother at an early age, she learned very quickly that there were two choices in life: waiting around for life to change or making the changes herself. She decided to take charge, raise her two sons and create a great life. Once her boys moved on with their lives, Liza decided to take the risk and make the change from the East Coast and her great success there to the West Coast, where she now resides in Santa Barbara and has quickly become immersed in the community she loves.

Liza enjoys an active lifestyle. Always an athletic person, Liza enjoys tennis, weightlifting, running, hiking and whitewater rafting, to name her favorite sports. She is very involved in a holistic lifestyle and even studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. She can occasionally be found playing poker. Liza believes in giving back to the community and donates her time frequently to help out at different charity events.
