Larry is a savvy Santa Barbara negotiator. Having lived 30+ years here, he is well versed in the ways of this town. He studied at Brooks Institute and UCSB, gaining valuable knowledge about what this beautiful beach town has to offer its residents. Before he turned to real estate, Larry was a well-known local restaurateur with many jewels scattered up and down the coast. He gained valuable experience with his restaurants, growing them from the ground up before selling his successful business and looking for the next challenge.

For Larry it seemed a natural progression to sell his various businesses and move into real estate, after acquiring and turning over investment properties with his family. He values his skills as a strong negotiator. He believes that an agent can be friendly and a strong negotiator at the same time, getting the client the best property for the best price.

His time on the Central Coast has given him extensive experience while he has managed both residential and commercial properties with his wife in towns such as San Luis Obispo, Paso Robles and Santa Barbara.

Larry's expertise resides in SFR sales, short sales, foreclosures and helping residents and newcomers in upgrading, relocating and discovering exactly what the Santa Barbara area has to offer. Larry was given the title of top commercial agent in 2009 as well as top producing agent for three years in a row at another agency.

Currently Larry resides with his wife, Liz, and one child in the unique and very popular Bungalow District of Santa Barbara. His two older children are currently attending college. When Larry is not serving the Santa Barbara community he spends his time taking advantage of the multiple activities around town such as tennis, hiking and many local festivities.
