Kim has been a realtor for over two decades and a Santa Barbara resident for over three. During that time she has lived in and gained a sense of place in many of Santa Barbara's diverse neighborhoods, including the Mesa, Westside, Riviera and Montecito, as well as Carpinteria and Summerland. She worked in the medical field for several years, and is a mother who has successfully raised children with physical and developmental disabilities.

Through those experiences, Kim brings a wealth of vital understanding, patience and empathy to her job as a real estate professional. Recently, for example, she was called upon by Sotheby's International Realty to represent a special client who, due to age and infirmity, required the traits that set Kim apart and inspire her colleagues.

Kim loves to travel, cook, garden, savor the ocean and educate others on the beauty and opportunities so plentiful in Santa Barbara. She has volunteered her time and contributed to the parent groups of every school her children have attended throughout the years, as well as the Santa Barbara Therapeutic Riding Academy and Muscular Dystrophy Association. She is also a member of the Montecito Association.
