Jim Alzina is a native to Santa Cruz, California. He decided to move to Santa Barbara to attend Westmont College, where he earned a B.S. in Social Science. He fell in love with the community, weather and lifestyle Santa Barbara had to offer and decided to make it home.

Growing up playing competitive sports such as basketball, volleyball and golf, Jim learned the importance of discipline, good communication and teamwork. He brings these skills to his business career in real estate and stands by them. He is a strong negotiator with experience in many different price ranges. He uses unique and cutting edge marketing techniques to get homes sold in the shortest amount of time for the highest possible price.

When Jim is not working as a Realtor, he can often be found donating his time working with local schools and various charities, and spending time with his family.
