Janet has had a diverse and successful entrepreneurial career in sales spanning more than three decades which combines her vast experience and professional knowledge with her hands-on personal service approach in representing each and every client. She recognizes that every property and client requires a specific approach to each situation to make the experience as positive as possible. Her objective is to ensure that clients are supported to meet their real estate goals creating a win/win scenario for all involved.

Establishing her real estate career in the greater Los Angeles area with DBL Realtors (acquired by Sotheby’s International Realty in 2004) and then in Santa Barbara has afforded her the opportunity to offer her sellers marketing that includes exposure through her membership to three multiple listing services as well as local, Los Angeles and the international advertising of Sotheby’s International Realty in addition to her vast personal network of agents.

On a professional level, Janet is a member of the Santa Barbara Board of Realtors, the Santa Barbara Board of Realtors Education Committee, the Grievance Committee of the Santa Barbara Board of Realtors, the Awards Committee, the Los Angeles CLAW Multiple Listing Service, the Ventura/Oxnard/Carets Multiple Listing Services (MLS), the Santa Barbara Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the California Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. In addition to her professional affiliations, she was a 2012 NAWBO-SB Spirit Of Entrepreneurship Top Nominee, is a NAR Certified Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource realtor and is involved with non-profit organizations as a consultant and volunteer, contributing time and financial support; those include Conservation International, Heal the Ocean, The Institute for Individual and World Peace, The Heartfelt Foundation, Santa Barbara Food Bank, CASA and Transition House.
