Gregory Tice began his real estate career in 1973 in Santa Barbara. A specialist in Santa Barbara residential real estate, Greg joined Sotheby’s International Realty as manager of the Montecito office in 1999 and became Regional Manager upon the acquisition of Pitts and Bachmann Realtors in 2006.

His extensive background in real estate includes commercial, land and residential sales. Under Greg’s guidance, Sotheby’s International Realty in Santa Barbara achieved $1.5 billion in sales volume in 2007, and has consistently achieved the highest average sales price each year as well as set records for the highest sales prices in residential, land and ranch sales, according to the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors in Santa Barbara County. The roster of agents in the local offices has grown from seven agents to 201. Greg’s agent Suzanne Perkins was the #1 agent in sales volume nationwide in 2007 and has consistently ranked in the top 50 agents nationwide since 2006.

Greg has served on the board of directors of both the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors and the Santa Barbara Multiple Listing Service. He has also been chairperson of the education committee and served on both the grievance and professional standards committees for the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors.

Greg is active in local community affairs and charitable organizations including Council of Christmas Cheer, Catholic Charities, CASA, Calm, Foodbank, Heal The Ocean and Conservation International.

He is a licensed real estate broker and graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI).
