Francie Berezo

Francie Berezo has been a realtor in Santa Barbara since 2005, joining Sotheby’s International Realty in 2010. Her specialty is listing and selling homes in Santa Barbara, Goleta, Montecito and Carpinteria. Working with both buyers and sellers, Francie sees both sides of the negotiation process with ease. She pays attention to detail and helps make decisions that create the best possible outcome for her clients. Her life's work has been centered on helping people, which is evident in her communication skills, patience, personal strength and gratitude. Additionally, has earned the Short Sale Foreclosure Resource Designation (SFR).

Francie's professional background includes teaching, counseling and working in the healthcare profession. She has volunteered at wildlife rehabilitation sanctuaries with seals on the Oregon coast, chimpanzees in Bend, Oregon, as well as at Steve Irwin's Zoo in Beerwah, Australia. An honors graduate of UCSB, Francie has lived in Santa Barbara for over 20 years. Born in Ohio, she has also resided in Oregon and Spain and has conversational knowledge of Spanish. Francie has traveled all over the world, but finds that Santa Barbara is truly her home. She appreciates all it offers her in art, music, hiking and beautiful beaches.
