Residing in Santa Barbara since 1961, Fal offers first-hand experience with and knowledge of the historic, economic, environmental and social climates of the Santa Barbara area. This special awareness has proven invaluable in guiding his clients towards the successful selling and purchasing of local properties. With both a BA and MBA degree in Economics and Marketing, along with 26 years of sales management experience with the 3M Corporation, Fal has developed effective real estate negotiating strategies.

After joining his already successful wife Christine as one-half of the respected Olivers real estate team in 1994, Fal has consistently been recognized as a top producer, experienced in assisting buyers and sellers of all properties throughout Goleta, Santa Barbara, Montecito, Summerland and Carpinteria. The Oliver Team is committed full time to assisting their clients in achieving their real estate goals in an extremely professional and courteous manner.

Along with current membership in the Santa Barbara Yacht Club, Fal is a past board member of the Riviera Homeowners' Association, a part-time musician and an avid hiker and skier.
