David's career as a full-time Realtor began in 2002. He consistently built his business representing buyers and sellers in all types of residential real estate, from condos to multi-unit residential income properties. His experience in all price ranges and property types offers his clients a broad understanding of the market, while staying specifically focused on each individual client need.
Building on his online experience, David brings a proficiency in consensus building, negotiation, marketing and client relations to his real estate business. As a project manager for J.D. Power Clubs in San Francisco, David acquired 55,000 members through direct sales and online advertising strategies. At Thinklink.com, a telecommunication provider using VOIP technology, David led customer acquisition campaigns and business-to-consumer marketing programs.
David attended Kellogg Elementary and Dos Pueblos High Schools, where he served as Associated Student Body President, and graduated from UC Santa Barbara in 1991 with a degree in Political Science/International Relations.
Active in the lives of his children, Katelyn and Lily, David and his wife, Cori, enjoy raising their family in the Santa Barbara community.
