Luxury Homes and Real Estate - Sotheby’s International Realty

Santa Barbara, Southern California

Darcy Gamble’s commitment to you is that she will listen deeply and strive for excellence on your behalf. Except for Darcy’s family, the completion of a spin class, and traveling internationally, nothing makes her happier than doing her best to help people sell their home for the highest possible price and helping people buy the home of their dreams at the best possible price.

Formerly a Microsoft employee, a website manager for Williams-Sonoma.com and nonprofit fundraiser, Darcy has a Master of Arts degree in Historic Preservation and has served for years as a historic preservation commissioner for the city of Ojai. Like the Sotheby’s International Realty brand, she specializes in brokering unique and special properties including ones that are officially designated as historic.

Darcy’s real estate experience began more than 15 years ago in Colorado where she earned an Associate Broker’s license shortly after becoming a home investor and rehabilitator. Years later, she moved to Arizona where she sold high-end homes in North Scottsdale, Carefree and Cave Creek. While in Arizona, she and her husband were blessed by the arrival of a daughter in 2007 and a son in 2008. Having young children causes her to pay special attention to the school systems in the areas where she sells homes. Despite leaving beautiful Arizona in 2009, and numerous deals later, Darcy is as passionate as ever helping people attain their housing dreams on the stunning California coast.

Finding a realtor is like online dating. You have to go with your gut or get “set-up” via a referral from a friend. Ninety-four percent of Darcy’s business is from referrals and repeat clients. She has a way of making you the most important part of the buying and selling process.

Darcy has lived in Washington State, Colorado, Arizona and both northern and southern California and knows excellent quality realtors that she can call on your behalf.

Darcy is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Santa Barbara and Ojai Valley Real Estate Associations.
