Santa Barbara Real Estate

Originally from the Midwest, Carol came to California for a new lifestyle and settled in Santa Barbara. After establishing her business in 1985, she met her husband, Bill, and together with her extended family, they take advantage of all of the amenities of coastal living.

When time permits, Bill and Carol travel to their getaway at Big Bear Lake, where they enjoy boating, swimming, hiking and all types of winter sports, like shoveling snow.

In 2010, Carol finished her 49 credits at Santa Barbara City College and received her Interior Design Certification. Some of the classes required for certification included Residential Construction, Drafting, AUTOCAD, Kitchen and Baths, Professional Business Practices, Materials Installations and Architectural Rendering, to mention just a few. This education has increased Carol's knowledge of housing composition and value to the benefit of her clients.

Bill and Carol live in a typical California bungalow, built in 1929, and have been remodeling to recreate the home's original style, utilizing many salvaged components from a home that was torn down yet updating systems to accommodate today's functions.

With an interest in the architecture of Santa Barbara, Carol attends the monthly meeting by Harrison Design Associates, sponsored by the Historical Preservation Committee, to continue her knowledge of historical design elements of homes built throughout the city's rich history.

Carol's ability to envision the possibilities and then create successful outcomes is the reason she has become one of Santa Barbara's leading real estate professionals. Helping her clients see the potential in every situation is the cornerstone of her career. Whether first-time buyers or seasoned homeowners, clients can take advantage of Carol's ability to see the possibilities and make them happen. Carol brings a vision for success.
