Bertrand initially joined Banque La Henin (Compagnie Financiere de Suez Group), the largest network for real estate finance in France at the time, and he developed his sense of organization and efficiency. In Monaco, he organized the banking authorizations with the government and launched the representative office for Guyerzeller Zurmont Bank AG, a Zurich based private Swiss bank. There, he was appreciated for his sense of confidentiality, discretion and trustworthiness.

After establishing his own real estate brokerage with Generale d'Investissements SAM, a Monaco-based company, he developed a successful partnership with International Property Investment Company (IPIC Inc). This relationship included prominent personalities in Dubai and Sharjah (United Arab Emirates). In the Principality of Monaco, he carried out property developments, optimizing his skill for achieving the highest and best profitability.

Bertrand strives to make things happen for his business partners, associates and primarily, his clients. He simply likes things well done.

He joined Sotheby's International Realty's Montecito Coast Village Road office in June 2013. He shares his international and European backgrounds with his clients in Santa Barbara and Montecito, where he will continue to work with the integrity and customer service-oriented mindset he attained in his prior work.

He is also excited to have found a friend and mentor amongst one of the top Sotheby's International Realty agents in Montecito.

After residing in Geneva, Paris, and Monaco, Bertrand now enjoys the rich culture and the blissful community of Montecito, in the heart of Santa Barbara, happily living with his wife and pets.
