Alison Crowther combines her enthusiasm in her real estate business with proven experience for over 20 years. She earns repeat and referral business because she treats every transaction with exceptional negotiating skills, customer service and experience.

According to Alison's service philosophy, buying or selling a home is the largest financial transaction most people make in their lives. She provides her clients with the fiduciary responsibility of confidentiality, loyalty and hard work. She is with each customer every step of the way. In 1997 Alison earned her California real estate broker's license, which holds her to a very high standards in her career.

Alison is very knowledgeable about Santa Barbara and surrounding areas, having lived here most of her life. She demonstrates her commitment to the community through her volunteerism. She has been a member of the Junior League of Santa Barbara in numerous positions for 20 years, and a past board member of the Montecito YMCA, UCP and Braille Institute, just to name a few.

In Alison's free time she is an avid equestrian and hiker, just recently conquering Half Dome in Yosemite. She does just about anything that will bring her outside in this beautiful community.

Alison has two daughters and feels blessed to have been able to raise them in Santa Barbara, dedicating herself to supporting their activities in many volunteer capacities.
