Tom Pollock has been a valued member of Sotheby's International Realty since 2007. Prior, Tom spent four years as a top producing agent at Herth Real Estate in San Francisco's Eureka Valley neighborhood. Tom's exceptional track record includes deals in every district in San Francisco and across the spectrum of property types, from high-end single-family residences to fixer-uppers, from condominiums to commercial spaces. The unifying foundation of Tom's business has always been exceptional and singularly personalized service to his clients.

Tom's client-centric focus means that for any individual client he is capable of meeting all their real estate needs. He has taken many clients from re-locating into rentals to shopping for a purchase, from expanding their investments to selling off assets. Tom takes time to understand the clients' real estate goals and find creative solutions to their individual needs.

Tom's professional affiliations include the National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors, and on the local level, the San Francisco Association of Realtors. He runs the Luxury Homes and Estates group on the Ryze Business Networking website and has developed an international network of real estate service providers for his clients' global real estate pursuits.

Born in New York City, Tom grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area in the Montclair District of the Oakland Hills. He is a graduate of Phillips Academy in Andover, Massachusetts. Tom completed the BA program in Film Studies at U.C. Berkeley. He also spent a year in the BFA program at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts University and a post-grad year at the Centre des Etudes Critiques studying critical theory in Paris, France.

Tom's media theory foundation took him on a professional odyssey from film production to interactive media in the early 1990s. Tom led several internet start-ups to success before migrating his knowledge into advanced television applications in 1998. In 2001, Tom began investing in San Francisco real estate, which ultimately led him to make that his full-time profession in 2003.

Client service has always been the foundation of Tom's business, and consequently 80% of his deals are from personal referrals and repeat clients.
