A powerhouse real estate renaissance man born in the Bay Area, Todd Davis knows how to design, build and sell your home. Davis is a graduate from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo from the College of Architecture and Environmental Design. He is also a California licensed Landscape Architect, licensed contractor and dedicated real estate agent.
Following the debut of his designs being featured in over 11 major publications, he was also the break out star and finalist on HGTV’s number one hit show “Design Star”. Combining both his vast knowledge of construction and leading edge design, Davis went on to be the host of numerous television shows, most recently completing the third season of “Room Crashers” airing now on HGTV as its lead energetic host.
Capitalizing on a unique understanding of an ever-evolving industry, Davis not only designed and renovated over 42 different homes throughout California over the past 18 months, he has also completed each remodel in just three days, sometimes managing over 26 contractors in one room at a time. Concurrently, Davis authored two books, “Handy Dad”, with his first book becoming San Francisco local publisher Chronicle Books’ bestseller.
For over eight years, Davis lived in Fort Mason, General Head Quarters 2, San Francisco’s second oldest home entrenching him into the roots of San Francisco’s rich and dynamic culture. He now lives in nearby Fisherman’s Wharf, for nearly a decade, in his newly renovated historical loft that was previously owned by the world famous Ghirahdelli chocolate family.
Davis is an accomplished artist, stunt man and family man who believes in taking calculated risks, both in the real estate market and in extreme sports. His infinite nature secures the desired outcome in his real estate goals and as a skydiver/ wingsuiter for which he is a Guinness Book of World Record holder. A 27-year Screen Actors Guild member and professional stunt man, Davis has performed for numerous commercials and major motion pictures such as this summer’s, Warner Brothers blockbuster hit “Godzilla”. He lead the elite military airborne paratrooper team out of the back of a C130 Cargo plane for the halo jump into where else, San Francisco!
