As an award-winning luxury real estate broker for over twenty years, Susan Bazinett is delighted to now affiliate her brand with the Sotheby's International Realty network, bringing her clients a new level of global marketing exposure.
Susan’s Sotheby’s International Realty affiliation brings yet another tool to her marketing and networking strategy for success, adding this extraordinary brand and exposure to the East Bay market’s finest homes, combining the Sotheby’s International Realty brand’s powerful influence with her exceptional depth of local knowledge and experience.
Specializing in the most affluent East Bay Area residential markets for over two decades in Contra Costa County including Blackhawk Country Club, Danville, Alamo, Diablo and the San Ramon Valley Markets, Susan represents high level clientele and properties, including corporate relocations, and has the innate ability to maximize market conditions for her clients regardless of the economic climate.
“My goal has remained constant: to meticulously prepare, represent, negotiate and close properties with the highest level of professionalism throughout the process. The foundation of my brand was created through the careful adaptation of cutting edge technology, consistent marketing and extreme attention to every detail,” says Susan. “I take pride in a stellar reputation and as a ‘go to’ resource amongst both my clients and peers, while producing recognized top results year after year. Through hard won experience and earned respect within the industry, I am consistently successful in my core marketplace. I guide my transactions to a successful close by efficiently communicating and interacting with the principals, their representatives and agents. I realize that I am not just selling someone a home, but helping them make a solid business decision which is paramount.”
Susan maintains residences on both sides of the Bay, within Blackhawk Country Club and in San Francisco. She recognizes that San Francisco's Bay Area is the epicenter of the world's high-tech industry and San Francisco has a vibrant and successful business community, made of thriving companies both large and small. She notes, “I find it good business sense to be connected to one of the best business resources so close to my core markets.”
Susan’s non-profit and charity work extends within her own communities, and she currently acts as a council member and auction chair for the American Cancer Society’s Golden Gate Golf Invitational, held yearly at the Olympic Club in San Francisco which raises much needed funds for cancer research.
