Years ago when I was living in Woodside, I was invited to dinner in San Francisco. On the way there, I will never forget meandering through the neighborhoods: Russian Hill, Nob Hill, Chinatown, the Financial District, when I finally landed in the Mission. I was mesmerized by the beauty of the city: its streets and architecture and the incredible richness and variety of the different districts. Shortly thereafter, I packed my bags and made San Francisco my home and over the many years, have lived in a dozen neighborhoods including Haight-Ashbury to Presidio Heights. When working with my clients, I bring a deep knowledge and love of the city and a passion for helping people achieve their goals in real estate.

Buying or selling a home is typically one of the largest, most complicated financial transactions of one’s life. There is so much at stake, both monetarily and emotionally, and I take very seriously the fiduciary duty to protect my clients’ interests, needs, priorities and desires. My job is to help fulfill these needs to the greatest degree possible. The skills required include marketing, property valuation, effective negotiation, guidance through due diligence, preparing a home to show, transaction coordination and much more. But, most of all, it is my responsibility to deliver the necessary information and straightforward counsel regarding the available options, so that they can make an informed decisions.

My main goal is that when the sale closes, my clients are completely happy with the end result, and with how I served them. That is what is most satisfying to me.

During my free time, I enjoy sit-down dinners and laughing with my two kids. I love to hike, run, paddleboard and play tennis. And when I get the chance, there is nothing better than traveling to a place that I have never been, so I can experience a new culture first-hand.
