Ruthie Ballou Conway has a successful history of real estate sales as a top producer in the San Francisco residential market. She started at TRI/Coldwell Banker, where she was a certified Previews agent and was involved in the purchase and/or sale of many of San Francisco's finest homes.

Ruthie joined Sotheby's International Realty as she recognized the importance of being a part of one of the top luxury real estate offices in San Francisco.

Knowledge, training, extraordinary attention to detail and a clear plan are necessary for success. Client and agent are closely involved throughout the process of offer and negotiation, inspection and contingency removals, escrow and closing.

Ruthie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors and the San Francisco Association of Realtors. She lives on Russian Hill and is in her eighth term on the Board of Directors. She has an in-depth knowledge of how properties are run and maintained.

A graduate of the Katherine Delmar Burke School and Occidental College, Ruthie spent her first career in the computer world. Her success has come from many years of leadership roles in the Junior League, the Bay Area Girl Scout Council Board of Directors, National Charity League, Amigos de las Americas and school parent organizations. Some of her current involvements include the San Francisco Garden Club, the Nob Hill Association, the Russian Hill Neighbors, the Fort Mason Community Garden, the World Affairs Council of Northern California, the Junior League, the Orchid Society and the Interfaith Project at Grace Cathedral for feeding the homeless.
