Rebecca Schumacher

Perhaps the reason so many accomplished individuals trust Rebecca Schumacher with their real estate investments is because she truly understands what they want—superior residences that will also deliver a significant return on investment. That means buying wisely and passionately, but also selling skillfully when the time comes. Her results-oriented, client-centric focus has placed Rebecca in the Top 1% of producing realtors in San Francisco.

Over the years, clients have sought Rebecca’s business acumen and expertise in real estate. For two decades, Rebecca actively invested in and developed numerous San Francisco residential properties, with a focus on adding value while keeping a close eye on the bottom line. She built her reputation as a fair and ethical negotiator, as well as an innovator in preparing properties to attract the right target market. Consequently, she has consistently outperformed the market for her clients regardless of market conditions.

One of Rebecca’s greatest strengths is her team of specialists, each of whom has been vetted and, more often than not, worked on her own projects, including her personal residence in the Marina, which was new, eco-friendly construction. Whether clients need an architect, designer, stager, contractor, lender—or simply friendly counsel—Rebecca offers the experts and the guidance they need to successfully buy or sell San Francisco real estate.

Rebecca’s personal service and negotiation skills were honed during her years as the president of a boutique retained executive search firm. She placed numerous well-known senior executives, and many later became her real estate clients.

Earlier in her career, Rebecca enjoyed marketing and sales leadership positions with Fortune 1000 companies. She has carefully guided corporate relocations for many families, and also has extensive experience in developing compelling, win-win offers.
