Rebecca honed her personal service and negotiation skills as president of a boutique retained executive search firm. Many of those well-known senior executives later became her real estate clients. Earlier in Rebecca’s career, she enjoyed marketing and sales leadership positions with NYSE-traded companies. Rebecca and her husband, Guido Piccinini, reside in the Marina District. Her commitment to the local community led her to develop Schumacher Properties’ “Giving Back” initiative which makes gifts in honor of her clients to locally focused, non-profit organizations of their choice.
