Mary Laughlin Fenton has over 15 years of sales experience in residential and commercial properties. She has leased and sold commercial development and land, sold and managed income-producing properties and managed renovations on commercial buildings and single-family homes. She cut her teeth in real estate in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she worked for a local developer and ultimately owned her own brokerage. She was selected by the Office of Thrift Supervision as an accredited broker.

Upon moving to San Francisco, Mary worked in the technology sector, where she held management positions at two internet startups, CNET and iSyndicate.

Mary has been active in the San Francisco real estate market for eight years. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers, whether experienced or first-time buyers. Promoting healthier, cost effective and green practices in real estate are central goals in each of her transactions. Her personable and direct approach coupled with her attention to detail help make the process as smooth as possible for her clients. She has extensive experience with distressed properties.

Mary has served on several community boards and organizations including Junior League of San Francisco, Symphonix, Children of Shelters, Arthritis Foundation, San Francisco Zoo Auxiliary and San Francisco Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Board. She is also an active member of her church.

Reinforcing her commitment to conservation, she donates a percentage of each commission to Conservation International. Globally, she fundraises for Dalit Solidarity, a nonprofit in India that builds homes, schools and clinics for the underprivileged.

A member of both the California Association of Realtors and the San Francisco Association of Realtors, Mary holds the GRI designation and Ecobroker. She is also a notary.

Mary attended the Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas, where she earned a BSBA in management.
