Mary Laughlin Fenton

Mary Laughlin Fenton combines knowledge, experience and professionalism with an optimistic approach. With over eighteen years of sales experience, Mary has worked with residential and commercial properties, including leasing retail and commercial developments, land sales, the sales and management of income producing properties, as well as managing renovations on commercial build-outs and single-family homes.

Mary first cut her teeth in real estate in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she ultimately owned her own brokerage and was selected by the Office of Thrift Supervision as an accredited broker. Upon moving to San Francisco, Mary worked in the technology sector where she held management positions at two internet startups, CNET and iSyndicate.

Mary has been active in the San Francisco real estate market for twelve years and has been with Sotheby's International Realty for over nine. As a member of both the California and San Francisco Association of Realtors, Mary utilizes her background in the tech sector by serving on the technology committee locally. She holds the GRI and Ecobroker® designations, is a member of the Top Agent Network and is also a Notary.

Mary holds a BSBA from the Walton School of Business at the University of Arkansas and was selected to serve on the Campaign Arkansas Committee. This committee is currently representing the University's Graduate, Entrepreneur and International Colleges.

Community Service has also held an important part in Mary’s life and she has served on multiple boards and organizations. These have included the Junior League of San Francisco, Symphonix, Children of Shelters, Arthritis Foundation, American Diabetes Foundation, San Francisco Zoo Auxiliary, San Francisco Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Board and St. Vincent de Paul Church.

Reinforcing her commitment to conservation, Mary donates a percentage of each commission to Conservation International.
